HOW DO I GET FINGERPRINTED?
The Caribou County Sheriff's Office provides fingerprinting services free to the public for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to:
- court orders
- concealed weapon permits
- registered sex offenders
- employment background checks
Please bring a form of State or Federal issued identification.
Fingerprinting services are provided at the Sheriff's Office by our detention staff. There is currently no charge to obtain fingerprints, however, they are provided on a first come, first served basis. They are also subject to the detention staff's current work assignments, so on some occasions you may have to be asked to return at a later time to obtain them if no staff are available.
The Sheriff's Office hours of service for fingerprinting are:
Tuesday - 9:00-11:00 AM & 1:00 -4:00PM
Thursday - 9:00-11:00 AM & 1:00 -4:00PM
